A delegate fee of  ₹2500 is charged per delegate. It includes the following

•  Lunch buffet spread for two days along with high tea 

• Delegate toolkit per delegate 

• Participation certificate 

• Entry to closing ceremony (socials) 

• Awards (if won any) 

• Research material, guides & various resources

The event is being held at the premises of Goldcrest International School, Sector 29, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

For regular committees, a student is eligible to participate in GIMUN if he/she is currently studying in grade 9 or equivalent & at most is in grade 12 or equivalent.

For junior committees, students from grades 6 to 8 are allowed to participate.

Professional attire at MUN is essential—it shows confidence, respect, and helps you make a strong first impression. 

• Blazers & Tops 

Wear a well-fitted blazer with a collared shirt, button-up, or blouse. A full suit works too. Feel free to add a tie or accessory to show your style. 

• Bottoms 

Choose formal suit pants, knee-length skirts, or modest dresses. Avoid jeans, slacks, or casual wear. Shoes Trainers and sneakers are too casual. Stick to formal, closed-toe shoes or neat flats.

No, GIMUN VIII 2025 has a strict no refund policy. After payments have been processed no refunds will be given.

We do our best to accommodate all students with food allergies. Please specify if you/your ward has a food allergy on the medical forms and application so that we can work with the services in advance and make sure there are options for your student.
